There will be three brackets for judging.
Bracket 1 -Youth Entrants

Entrants in the Youth section are eligible if they are:

1. 18 years old or younger, regardless of experience as an artist

Bracket 2 -Emerging

Entrants in the Emerging section are eligible if they:

1. have practiced as a professional artist continually for less than 5 years. You are an artist having limited experience exhibiting, selling or completing a commissioned artwork in any of the four artistic categories below, and;

2. are 19 years or older

Bracket 3 – General Entry

Entrants in the General Entry section are eligible if they:

1. have practiced as a professional artist continually for 5+ years. Artists in this section have exhibited, sold, or have completed a commissioned artwork in any of the four artistic categories below and would consider themselves an artist even if no longer practicing, and;

2. are 19 years or older
